Moov ™ Get Active and Win Official Contest Rules and Regulations

CONTEST DESCRIPTION

1. “The Moov Get Active and Win Contest” (the “Contest”) begins on January 24, 2011 at 12:00:01 AM ET and concludes July 31, 2011at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Contest Closing Date”) (the “Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This Contest is open to residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the first day of the Contest, excluding employees of MOOV Frozen Foods Inc. Montreal, QC, Canada, (the “Contest Sponsor”), its parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents and those with whom they are domiciled. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER

3. To enter for a chance to win, visit www.winwithmoov.ca (the “Website”) and complete the entry ballot online in full including the 8 character PIN found on specially marked packages of Moov Frozen Fruit, and submit it as instructed by the Contest Closing Date. The selected entrants will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question in order to be eligible to win.

Only one (1) entry per person per PIN number is permitted.

No purchase necessary entry: For a free Moov Get Active and Win Contest PIN number, put your request in writing, along with your name, address, phone number (with area code) and email address and mail it, along with a postage paid return envelope to “Moov PIN Request” 6810 blvd des Grandes-Prairies Montreal, Quebec H1P 3P3 Requests must be postmarked and received by June 30, 2011. Only one (1) ”no purchase necessary” request per outer envelope allowed. Requests which are mechanically reproduced or made in any fashion other than as specified herein are void.

4. PRIZES

Odds of winning Monthly Prize solely depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Contest Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with (a) prize(s) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

MONTHLY PRIZES: One (1) monthly prize will be awarded consisting of a Montreal Canadiens Home Jersey autographed by the player of the winner’s choice (subject to availability) as follows:

Draw #1 from amongst all entries received between January 24, 2011 at 12:00:01 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET February 28, 2011. Draw to be conducted on March 1, 2011.

Draw #2 from amongst all entries received between March 1, 2011 at 12:00:01 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET March 30, 2011. Draw to be conducted on April 1, 2011.

Draw #3 from amongst all entries received between April 1, 2011 at 12:00:01 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET April 30, 2011. Draw to be conducted on May 2, 2011.

Draw #4 from amongst all entries received between May 1, 2011 at 12:00:01 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET May 31, 2011. Draw to be conducted on June 1, 2011.

Draw #5 from amongst all entries received between June 1, 2011 at 12:00:01 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET June 30, 2011. Draw to be conducted on July 1, 2011.

Draw #6 from amongst all entries received between July 1, 2011 at 12:00:01 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET July 311, 2011. Draw to be conducted on August 1, 2011.

Approximate retail value of each jersey is $125.00

As a condition of being declared a Monthly Prize Winner, each selected entrant must first correctly answer the online mathematical skill-testing question and have complied with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations. Allow 6-8 weeks for verification and shipment/receipt of Instant Win Prizes after verification.

6. GENERAL

If a potential or declared Grand Prize winner is not in compliance with these official Contest rules and regulations, the Contest judges reserve the right to disqualify such entrant from the Contest and randomly select another entrant(s) from the remaining eligible entries.

All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the official Contest rules and regulations may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsor. Contest Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website and assumes no liability for damage to entrant's or any person's computer resulting from participating in the Contest. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned. All entries made by robotic or other automated means will be disqualified.

Contest Sponsor will collect, use and disclose the personal information that you provide on the entry form for the sole purpose of administering this Contest and prize fulfillment. When submitting your entry you may choose to receive certain marketing and other materials from the Contest Sponsor. However, should you choose not to receive such materials, your personal information will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent whether on the entry form or otherwise. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies and the Contest judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the acceptance and enjoyment of any prize. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrants may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a declaration of eligibility and a full liability and publicity release. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, place of residence, voice, statements, photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.

This Contest will be run in accordance with these Official Contest rules and regulations, subject to amendment by Contest Sponsor which will be subject only to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec. Contestants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the Contest. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.

a) The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for failure of the Internet or the Website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Contest Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, to cancel, modify or suspend this Contest should any cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

b) If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest’s server machine(s).

For residents of the province of Quebec, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
